Copy+ version 1.1.0.4 is now available

Version 1.1.0.4 of Copy+ is now available, featuring two major fixes : to use correct directory cluster (0) for second level directories parent pointer and to use updated FAT and VFAT size calculations to allow correct detection of 120GB drive.
